Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Painter Growth OS at my.paintergrowth.com. By signing in you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Who can use it

Painter Growth OS is a private tool for Painter Growth coaching clients and their invited team members. Access is provided through your coaching engagement. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use the service for running your own business. Don’t attempt to access other companies’ data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law. You retain ownership of the business data you put in; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Connected accounts

Features that rely on third-party accounts (Google Calendar, QuickBooks/Ironbooks, Stripe) require you to connect them and are subject to those providers’ terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Availability & changes

We work hard to keep the service running but provide it “as is,” without warranties, and we may update features over time. To the extent permitted by law, Painter Growth isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
